Monroe has effectively led teams in organizations such as the U.S. Army, Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Solairus. He has transacted more than 330 aircraft worth over $15B and is well versed in aircraft management, fractional and charter - all experiences that will help expertly guide aircraft owners in making educated decisions.
James Flynn
VP, Sales and Acquisitions
Flynn has a strong background in both technical and sales roles. Starting as an A&P at OEM service centers and later running operations, he gained hands-on experience with all facets of maintenance, including pre-purchase inspections. In sales with an engine program provider, he developed a deep understanding of maintenance programs and their impact on aircraft value.

Peters brings the experience of over 100 transactions to the table. In his 7 years in the industry prior to joining Privé Jet Sales, he has helped high net worth clients and corporate flight departments trade out of and into aircraft for their optimal value.
